Project 11: Transfer your transcript onto a spreadsheet. For courses not finised enter credits as negative (-) values.

Create a four year plan for yourself to graduation by completing the sheet for all eight semesters of high school.

 

Project 10: Using the schedule handout as a guide. Track your time usage for the next two weeks. Feel free to enter more categories.

Once completing 10 days, enter the information into spreadsheets. Create charts that show what you life looks like.

 

Project 9: Create an EXCEL worksheet that allows buying a selling of stocks over five days (see handout).

Over the next two weeks: Start with $40,000 and try to increase your stock values as much as possible.

Have the following EXCEL Sheets in one document with 5 worksheets.

1.  Calculate the sum, difference, product and dividend for the number 15.
2. Answer the question: At $1000 per week, how many weeks will it take to save one million dollars?
3. Create a yearly budget with sums completed using the sum sign.
4. Create a multiplication table.
5. Create a stock buying sheet and enter proper formulas.

Project 8: Teach the class

Create a PowerPoint Presentation that teaches the class something that they do not know. You may choose something from one of your classes or something you know about that they don't. Suggestion: If you have not finished your research paper, use that subject.

Project 4: Create your resume of the future. Imagine that you have just graduated with honor from that great University, or that you have been promoted to a high position in a company and now are ready for a change. Create a fantasy resume, that will allow you to get your dream job. Use one of the resume templates as a beginnning or research resume formats on the Internet and build your own from there.

How to Log in and Save

1) Press the keys Control, Alt and Delete at the same time.

2) For typing practice, you will always log in with compskills in the user box and compskills in the password box. Click on the third box and select Lab110.

3) To log into your account use first letter of your first name, last name and student number. Your first password is also your student number. You will change your password after you log in for the first time. Please write it down in a safe and private place.
